These last twelve months have felt more like twelve years as we navigated the pandemic, fought for racial justice and elevated student voices during the 2020 election.
Despite the challenges of the past year, the work at LeadMN has never been more important to Minnesota’s community and technical colleges. We have been working to support students through this pandemic, while at the same time we have adjusted our traditional work of advocacy and leadership development. Our work is not about getting back to normal, but creating a new normal where the problems that have been exacerbated by COVID-19, like college affordability and racial inequalities, are addressed.
