ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

Join with hundreds of students from across Minnesota's community and technical colleges to advocate for making college affordable, address mental health challenges that students face and ensure that students basic needs are being met. At Advocacy Day you will learn about the issues that we are fighting for, and how students can have an impact at the capitol. We will setup a meeting with your elected officials so that you can share your story on legislators can better support students at the capitol.

In order to attend the 2023 D.C. Summit, students must first attend Advocacy Day 2023.

Vaccines and Masks

Students are strongly encouraged to get the two Covid-19 vaccinations and the booster, and also to wear a mask while indoors at the conference. We have made this decision based on Minnesota State and CDC guidelines.
