The 11th Annual LeadMN Scholarship Gala recognized outstanding student leaders and raised funds for this important scholarship program. Students selected for the LeadMN Leadership Scholarship are individuals dedicated to serving others; whether volunteering at their campus as a tutor or building a community service project that brightens the lives of many. Contributions to the scholarship fund are tax deductible and 100% of the proceeds from this event goes directly to support student scholarships.

Keynote Speaker Dr. Martha Kanter
Martha J Kanter, the former undersecretary of education in the Obama Administration, was the Keynote speaker at LeadMN's 11th Annual Scholarship Gala.
Dr. Kanter is now leading a movement to make college affordable for students by expanding College Promise programs to communities and states across the nation. Just three years after she has started and there are over 200 college promise programs in 41 states.
