LeadMN sent a memo to Minnesota State Chancellor Malhotra regarding the slow progress of Transfer Pathways. As of December 2018, only 24% of the campus programs have pathways setup that are supposed to be complete by this point in time. These gaps present a barrier to students that would like to transfer and should raise the concerns of state legislators.
