Get to know LeadMN's newest Director of Outreach Molly Budke!

What interested you in working for LeadMN?

I appreciate LeadMN's focus on equity, engagement and developing future leaders. I love that the campaigns are driven by Minnesota students for Minnesota students.

What are some of the things that you have been working on and are excited to work on in the future?

I started off in the thick of things, just pitching in to help with conference prep. I'm excited to see our programming and GOTV efforts in the weeks ahead. After November 6, I look forward to developing our volunteer program, and take a deep dive into our recruitment and retention strategies.

What interests do you have outside of work?

When I have time, I love trying new recipes and cooking for friends and family. I like to attend events where I can hear community stories and learn about the ways Minnesotans live. When I'm at home, I'm usually busy trying to keep my dogs out of trouble, or doing yoga and listening to podcasts.
