LeadMN Submitted Feedback to Minnesota State on Changes to Policy 1B.3.1 Response to Sexual Violence and Title IX Sexual Harassment

On August 24, 2020, LeadMN submitted feedback to Minnesota State on changes to Policy 1B.3.1 Response to Sexual Violence and Title IX Sexual Harassment. These changes were made in response to changes by the Department of Education on Title IX. In 2019, LeadMN opposed some of the proposed changes by the Department of Education in our Federal Legislative Agenda; Students also advocated our opposition to these changes to members of the Minnesota Congressional delegation while visiting Washington D.C. in March 2019.
