LeadMN is running a new campaign titled "What is your Why?" and we want to find out why our students, staff and advisors LeadMN. In order to tell us why you LeadMN think through the following questions and then answer the prompt "I LeadMN because..."

Questions to think about before answering prompt "I LeadMN because..."
  • Why do you LeadMN?
  • Why are you here?
  • Why do you care?
  • Why do we (LeadMN) matter?
  • Why do you want to make a change?
  • What is your why?




Answers should be brief. For example "I LeadMN because...Student voices matter" or "I LeadMN because...Everyone should have the chance to reach their dreams."
