Leadership & Structure

LeadMN’s leadership consists of four student Executive Board members who are elected each spring, the Board of Directors, a statewide student leadership board, and full-time staff who help guide the organization year-to-year.

Student Advocates work with LeadMN to organize on their campus and beyond.

Applications are open for the 2025-2026 Board of Directors. These positions are elected by students from your region at our Spring General Assembly. Applications close at 5pm on April 9th.

Student Advocates

LeadMN Student Advocates are paid LeadMN internships that support the development of students’ leadership skills and provide resources and trainings to help students organize around issues on their campus.

Student Advocates also help to bridge communication between the organization and students through spreading information about LeadMN initiatives, programs, and opportunities.
