Blessing Manka proudly serves as the Region 5 Director on the LeadMN Board of Directors, representing and advocating for students from Century College and other campuses in her region. She is pursuing her Associate of Applied Science degree in Cybersecurity, along with a certificate in Digital Forensics and Malware Analysis.

Blessing has a heart for leadership and community building. At Century College, she has served as Director of Events on the Student Senate, organizing programs that bring people together, celebrate cultural diversity, and strengthen student life. She has also volunteered at community events such as Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Chinese New Year celebrations, as well as service projects supporting newborns and their families.

She joined LeadMN to help ensure that all students—especially first-generation, immigrant, and international students—have the resources, opportunities, and encouragement to succeed. Outside of her academic and leadership roles, Blessing loves cooking, enjoys learning new skills, and is always seeking ways to grow and improve herself.
