Leadership & Structure

Students are a central part of LeadMN’s leadership structure. Our student leadership consists of four Executive Board members and our Board of Directors, made up of statewide regional representatives. Our board members help guide the organization’s mission and govern LeadMN.

LeadMN also has full-time staff who help guide the organization year-to-year, managing the organization’s operations, programming, and planning, providing continuity to our initiatives. LeadMN has several student interns and Student Advocates that get hands-on experience with marketing, database management, advocacy, and organizing. Staff and intern information can be found here.

Executive Board

The Executive Board of LeadMN leads the governance of the organization as well as chairs internal committees. They work with the MinnState Board of Trustees and LeadMN Staff to provide important student insight on higher education issues, programming, organizational structure, and more.
