In undertaking the role of Public Relations Coordinator, Kailen continues to develop his passion of helping others through representation, a passion initially ignited by a visit made out of curiosity to his campus’ Student Senate.

His introduction to LeadMN came in October of 2023, where he found solidarity among similarly passionate students from across the state. In May of 2024, he was elected to his current cabinet position.

Kailen attends South Central College – North Mankato, where he also works as a math tutor. In his free time, he likes to read, run, watch obscure movies, and volunteer as a Crisis Counselor for Crisis Text Line.
