Christian initially started his journey at LeadMN in October of 2023 when he attended a leadership summit and was subsequently elected to represent his campus’ region on the organization’s Governing Council. As a student at Inver Hills Community College, he continued getting involved in his campus’ Student Senate and was also elected to serve as the Student Senate Advocacy Director in November of 2023. Armed with a passion for advocacy, Christian attended LeadMN’s annual Advocacy Day and its annual Washington D.C. Student Summit, where he had the opportunity to speak with state legislators and congressional offices on meaningful state and federal legislation that directly impacts many of our students statewide.
Christian was elected to his current position of Vice President in May of 2024. He grew up in Eagan, and in his free time enjoys reading, listening to music, working with another student-related nonprofit that he is a part of, and spending quality time with his friends and family.
