Andrea Kimlinger

GC Representative, Region 4
She/her

Andrea Kimlinger is dedicated to loving and helping others be a bigger part of a bigger picture that leads people in the direction of true success and empowerment while teaching them to have strength in their personal and environmental skills. She enjoys being able to help others grow in communities by building ways to empower groups and to get an individual’s word and ideas out to others. She joined Lead MN through Hennepin Technical College. She is Vice President in the Student Senate at HTC and has been able to be a part of the community and the school to make better changes for students, faculty, and others. As Vice President her duties include ensuring professionalism, making sure that the proper documents, education, skills, follow-ups, and procedures are followed, and purchases are accurate and completed in a timely manner. She is a part of events, volunteering, and educating herself and others in new opportunities where she and others can succeed and empower themselves. She also brings her knowledge of Nursing to others by bringing new methods from the medical industry to overcome challenges to make things easier to manage on a daily basis.

She has managed a marketing/Interpersonal platform to help others with daily needs, devotions, and products presented to give individuals knowledge and success when it comes to daily skills, health, cooking, and positive changes. The platform is a way for others to network their ideas and resources. She makes it a platform that helps with diversity, listening to people’s stories, helping with mental awareness, and other challenges that an individual faces, giving a place for professional and positive communication.

Andrea has a beautiful daughter, daughter’s partner, and grandson. She has two siblings (sisters), and a beautiful niece. Her mom and dad are true inspirations and teachers to her daily life.

Thanks for this wonderful opportunity to be a bigger part of making a huge difference in communities and with other people in Lead MN.
