About the Conference
Students gathered in Rochester, MN to kickoff the 2016-17 conference season. This first conference was focused on the 2016 Get Out the Vote campaign, and students learned from Wellstone Action the best ways to get students from their campus to pledge to vote. The Governing Council and Platform Committee met for the first public meeting, and students were appointed to committees.
