XiuLin Wang is a dedicated Management Information Systems student at Saint Paul College, bringing over a decade of experience managing educational institutions. She joined LeadMN as a Student Advocate in November 2024,

Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, XiuLin is an active community leader. She has served as Vice President of the Student Senate and as a Student Ambassador at Saint Paul College. As a Global Minnesota Cultural Ambassador, she shared her passion for intercultural communication by teaching Chinese to elementary school students. Currently, she works as a paraprofessional in her college’s Career Services department, helping students navigate career exploration and achieve their goals. Recognized for her exceptional leadership, XiuLin was awarded the LeadMN Leadership Scholarship in 2023.

In her free time, XiuLin enjoys running, traveling, and reading books to her one-year-old daughter. As she embarks on this new journey with LeadMN, she is determined to make a meaningful impact on her campus and community.
