So you’ve been elected. Congratulations! Serving as a regional representative or alternate is a great leadership experience. Below you will find many resources to start your year off right, and to check back on if you need assistance throughout the year. The best way to do your job, though, is to do it with a positive and open attitude. Take feedback from the students you represent and remember to lead by example. Additionally, we highly encourage you to attend LeadMN events and trainings to get some hands-on experience, and interact with your counterparts from around the state.
