LeadMN, in partnership with MN State Community and Technical College Student Senate and the Minnesota Department of Health, is hosting this listening session to create space for students to discuss how the pandemic has impacted their lives and mental health

During this hour and half-listening session, we want attendees to engage in a healthy dialogue about the pandemic and their healing during this difficult time and hopefully, learn some coping skills. We will also discuss, misinformation and its overall impact. This event will be held on March 24th from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm.

If you chose to get vaccinated, the campus will have vaccines available for students on campus. The Q&A discussion will be led by Jayne Griffith Sr. Epidemiologist at the Minnesota Department of Health.

Areas of discussion:

  • How has the pandemic impacted mental health?
  • One way you can support your peers who are unvaccinated
  • Have questions answered about covid, misinformation, and the vaccine
