About the Event

This three-day virtual student summit with the Today’s Students Coalition, Young Invincibles and LeadMN will offer you the opportunity to meet with your representatives in Congress and equip you with the tools to uplift student voices in the halls of the Capitol. We’ll focus on how to make college accessible and affordable, address racial equity, and ensure that student basic needs are being met.

We will discuss the opportunities for higher education policy reform in the short- and long-term.

This game will prepare you for meetings with members of Congress and staff by developing a game plan for your meetings. Teams will review the federal legislative agenda and craft stories to advocate for policy change

Our stories are our most powerful tool. A story has the power to change hearts and minds. During the personal story roundtable you will learn how to effectively tell your personal story to create positive change in your community.
