Never before has the cost of textbooks been as big of a barrier as it is today. Students across the state have to make tough choices about how to pay for their required textbooks. This legislative session students across the state are coming together to advocate for affordable textbooks and remove this barrier to higher education. They are reaching out to their legislators to ask them to support legislation that would require 15 percent of Minnesota State courses to utilize affordable textbooks or Open Educational Resources costing $40 or less, by 2020. Join students across the state and help us build support for affordable textbooks!
